22 years after the storm, Tommy found himself gazing at a $2 million winning Powerball ticket.

Tammy's winning ticket matched the first five numbers in the Powerball drawing on Saturday, June 24, 2023. The winning numbers were 2, 38, 44, 50, and 62  but missed the Powerball number 19 to hit the $424.3 million jackpot. 

Due to adding the Powerplay option her prize became doubled from $1 million to $2 million. Her Quick Pick ticket was also the only ticket in the country that match the first five numbers and won the $2 million prize that night.

A lot of good happened to an Ontario man in just one week, imagine hitting a huge milestone with a $35 million prize after his daughter's college graduation. 
The winning lottery ticket for a $35 million jackpot was sold in Windsor, the same city where he had purchased a ticket at Mac's convenience store on Tecumseh Road.

 With the winning prize, he'll be able to fulfill his family's dreams of a new house, support his daughter's education, travel, and donate to organizations near and dear to him. 

After this, a woman from North Carolina knew only that she was about to take advantage after going through a difficult time for her health and family.

A North Carolina woman won a $200,000 prize on a scratch-off lottery ticket.
"I told my son, 'I'm going to win this," Overby said to the North Carolina Lottery. 

The winner claimed prizes at Lottery headquarters in Raleigh on Thursday and took home $142,051 after state and federal taxes.
